So, wonder how Adam's Platform's going. I'm shocked, shocked I tell you that it hasn't come out yet.
Apparently they finally applied for a US patent and have just finished scamming Australian investors out of money.

looks like the sceptics are going to come up trumps on this one. Media World Communications was ment to relist on the ASX on the 2nd Sept. but the relisting has been put off due to the them being 'not able ...to repeat the demonstration'. Ah very interesting.

seemed like a good guy, although he got a little upset when i started asking questions that were a bit too probing...
but i'm not going to say too much, because i know for a fact that they read this thread occasionally to see what i've been saying about them

Adam Clark, inventor of the controversial Adams Platform Technology (APT), was yesterday sacked as a consultant and asked to resign from the Media World Communications board.
A report into the effectiveness of the video compression technology, considered at an MWC board meeting yesterday, concluded that APT failed to meet its claims under testing.
"Adam Clark is not able to demonstrate that APT is capable of producing compression of high-quality video down telephone lines," said MWC chairman Michael Ramsden.
MWC technical staff also identified several "anomalies", including the fact that the video file still played even after the APT computer program had been removed from the computer. The company, which is considering its legal options, has handed the report over to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. It is believed the fraud squad has also been asked to investigate the matter.
Mr Clark, 28, was last week named in BRW's Young Rich list. He and his associates received about $16 million in fees and costs from MWC.
Mr Clark and his father, Graeme, were also asked to resign from the board, although the pair have asked for time to consider the technology report before they respond. The board has abandoned its plans to relist and aims to seek compensation for shareholders.
Mr Ramsden told The Age that only $1.5 million of the $4.6 million raised under the company's April prospectus remained. "We have spent a reasonable amount of money in operations since then and we had to repay some loans that were inherited from Adams Platform, which is about $700,000," he said. Asked whether MWC would pursue Mr Clark and his associates for the $16 million, Mr Ramsden would say only: "We are certainly considering all our legal options."
Mr Clark, 28, was last week named in BRW's Young Rich list. He and his associates received about $16million.
He said the board had acted properly and had undertaken an adequate due diligence process, citing the report by US technology specialist Tolly Group, upon which the company relied in coming to market.
The Tolly report, separate from the company's own testing, described how measures were taken to make sure the technology could not be tampered with before or after the tests. MWC is working with the Tolly Group to clarify the issue.
Mr Ramsden also said the company had relied upon a report by the CSIRO, and an internal report by Monash University, which did not appear in the prospectus.
"We have probably had more expert advice that anyone could have on this sort of technology," he said. "When we first made an investment we paid a small deposit to Adam and then we got Monash University to test it and they did a report then to the company . . . it said the technology was working."
Adam Clark could not be contacted yesterday. He continues to stand by the technology.
"He still believes that it works and that he'll get it working in the next few days, which has been the excuse for the last month or so," Mr Ramsden said.

i have no idea how he fooled tolly... he also fooled a few universities and the US patent attorneys and patent office.
one of the theories out there at the moment is that he's holding off making it work until he devalues the company enough to buy back a 51% controlling share...
i think that's absolute crap and a lame excuse from people who have lost money..
