On the topic of podcasts... can I just say how fucking amateur and uninteresting 99% of them actually are? What's wrong with the world? It's like we've all turned into 15 year old girls and feel the need to share our poetry about death and hopelessness with humanity, desperately hoping someone might actually take a moment out of their lives and masturbate our ego until it's at half mast. Look at blogs, they're the most fucking uninteresting, self indulgent waste of effort on everyone's part, and it astounds me people think it's a good idea to share them with the rest of the world when they don't bother reading anyone else's but expect the world to take notice of them. If I wrote down my dreams, there's no way I'd try and get my friends to read it. If I keep a diary, I'm not going to share it with someone. If you need to write about what piece of fucking toast you had in the morning and how some fucking moron held up the queue at the cafe you were in today and how you keep thinking about grandma even though she's been gone for 5 years but then some smell in the park reminded you of her farts, then go ahead, but don't fucking PUBLISH IT ON THE INTERNET! What kind of fucking narcissist are you?
YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY PERSON IN THIS WORLD, AND IN FACT YOU'RE PROBABLY FAR MORE INSIGNIFICANT THAN YOU THINK (WHICH YOUR STUMP OF A BRAIN AMAZINGLY PICKED UP ON, HENCE YOUR URGE TO SHARE YOUR BLOG/PODCAST EXCREMENT), SO JUST FUCK OFF AND STOP SHITTING ON MY INTERNET AND THEN POINTING IT OUT TO ME AS IF I'M GOING TO A) GIVE A FUCK, B) COMMENT ON HOW BROWN IT IS TODAY IN YOUR LITTLE FUCKING "MY LIFE AS A KMART EMPLOYEE/GIRL GROWING UP IN THE BURBS" BLOG COMMENTS, AND C) BOOKMARK YOUR SITE IN MY FAVOURITES UNDER "THINGS TO NEVER, EVER READ AGAIN".
